Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through our Platform.

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers or merchants and they have initiated shipping, or if the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
  • Silver Crest Enterprises does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the seller or merchant has verified the claim.
  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. The team will take an appropriate decision after reviewing your complaint.
  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
  • In case of any refunds approved by Silver Crest Enterprises, it will take approximately 4 working days for the refund to be processed.

Return Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges within the first 5 days from the date of your purchase. If 5 days have passed, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must have its original packaging.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only items found defective or damaged are replaced. Certain categories may be exempt from returns; these will be identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted requests, once your returned product is inspected, you will receive an email notification. If approved, your request will be processed accordingly.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only, typically within 7 days from the order date. Silver Crest Enterprises shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer. Service delivery will be confirmed to your registered email ID. Any shipping costs levied are non-refundable.

At Silver Crest Enterprises and Zibi Hub, every offering is built on transparency. This framework ensures you understand your rights, our responsibilities, and refund eligibility under law.

1. Digital Products (Courses, Templates, Toolkits)

Because access is immediate, refunds are not available once a file has been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions apply for wrong product delivery, corrupted files, or accidental duplicate payments.

2. SaaS Platforms & Subscription Plans

Refunds follow plan-specific terms shown at checkout. Mid-term cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds but remain active until the billing cycle ends.

3. Services (Consulting, Coaching, Support)

A full refund is available for cancellations before service delivery begins. After delivery starts, refunds are not available as time and resources are allocated. Service credits may be offered at our discretion.

4. Physical Goods & Export Orders

Refunds or replacements are available for items that are damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit. Requests require photo/video proof within 7 days of delivery. Customs duties are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, email contact@zibihub.in with your Order ID, proof of purchase, and a clear reason with evidence.
