Welcome to Zibi Hub, a brand of Silver Crest Enterprises (MSME • GST • PAN Verified). By purchasing or accessing any product or service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms ensure transparency, fairness, and trust across all digital and physical offerings.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to every offering operated under Silver Crest Enterprises / Zibi Hub, including but not limited to:
- Digital courses, templates, and toolkits
- Software / SaaS / online platforms
- Consulting, coaching, and training services
- E-commerce, print-on-demand, or export / import products
All users, purchasers, or participants are bound by these Terms.
2. Digital Delivery & Physical Goods
Digital Products → Delivered instantly via secure dashboard, email link, or download folder after successful payment. SaaS / Subscriptions → Access begins upon activation and continues per the license duration shown at checkout. Physical / Export Goods → Dispatched through verified logistics partners. Delivery time varies by region, customs, and courier operations. Tracking details are shared by email. Delivery confirmation constitutes completion of our obligation.
3. Licensing & Usage Rights
Personal Use: Starter Launch Kit and Pro Growth Toolkit are for individual / freelancer use only.
Commercial / Agency Use: Digital Empire and certain premium assets include extended or resale rights, clearly specified at purchase.
Restrictions: You may not resell, share, or redistribute core Zibi Hub folders, frameworks, or libraries “as-is.” Redistribution requires explicit written consent from Silver Crest Enterprises. All usage rights apply to finished, derivative work only.
4. Intellectual Property
All assets, frameworks, templates, brand names, product titles, and related content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Silver Crest Enterprises / Zibi Hub. Any unauthorized use, duplication, or misrepresentation of our brand, materials, or system architecture is a violation of the Copyright Act (1957, India) and international IP treaties.
5. Payments & Pricing
India (zibihub.in): Payments accepted via Razorpay, UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Net Banking, Debit / Credit Cards.
Global (zibihub.com): Payments accepted via PayPal, Stripe, Debit / Credit Cards, and other verified gateways.
Prices may vary by region / currency (₹ for India, $ for global). Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or cross-border charges. All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS–compliant partners; Silver Crest Enterprises never stores full card data.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible:
Digital Products / Toolkits: Non-refundable once the download / dashboard is accessed. Refunds are only provided in cases of technical failure or duplicate charge.
SaaS Plans: Subject to the plan-specific cancellation window listed at purchase.
Physical / Export Goods: Eligible for replacement or refund if damaged, defective, or undelivered (see Refund Policy for details).
All refund requests must be submitted to contact@zibihub.in within 7 days of purchase.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By using our products, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal / billing / contact information.
- Use purchased assets only within the licensed scope.
- Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, including chargebacks or misuse of licenses.
Violation may result in suspension or permanent account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zibi Hub and Silver Crest Enterprises provide proven frameworks, tools, and systems; however, outcomes depend on your implementation and market variables. We do not guarantee specific income, performance, or results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect losses arising from use or misuse of our offerings.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Transactions via zibihub.in are governed by the laws of India under the Information Technology Act (2000) and applicable e-commerce regulations. International transactions via zibihub.com follow accepted global digital-commerce and consumer-protection standards. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
10. Amendments & Version Control
Silver Crest Enterprises reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in operations, legal standards, or product categories. The current version will always appear on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
